We have product training every week, below are the training detail below.

1. Positive pressure and negative pressure ink supply

We have Epson XP600/Tx800/Dx5/Dx7/I3200, Ricoh GH2220/Ricoh Gen5/Ricoh Gen5i, Seiko heads and Toshiba heads. Different heads ,the ink supply system is different.

Epson type H: Positive pressure system (type H uses high-level ink bag, type H does not have white ink circulation system, and can use white ink mixing system).

Seiko, Ricoh, Toshiba: negative pressure system (the ink of the secondary ink cartridge will automatically flow to the nozzle under the influence of gravity, so a negative pressure system is in the secondary ink cartridge, it balance the negative pressure pressure with the gravity of the secondary ink cartridge) so it is negative pressure ink supply, and the cleaning system is positive pressure.

2. Print heads accuracy
The x-axis direction accuracy depends on the grating, and the y-axis direction accuracy depends on the physical accuracy of the head.

For Epson heads, All the printers have 180 gratings with an accuracy of 360dpi. 6pass accuracy: 720x1080dpi (360 * 3).

For Ricoh gen5 printheads , the printer have 150 grating with accuracy 300dpi. 6pass accuracy: 600dpi * 900dpi (300 * 3).

For Ricoh gh2220 heads, the printer have 300 grating. 6pass accuracy: 1200*900dpi.

For Seiko 1020 heads printer, 180 grating. 6pass 1024GS: 360*2160dpi/720*1080dpi, 6 pass : 720*1080dpi.

Toshiba Ce4 printer, 150 grating. 6pass accuracy: 600 * 900dpi / 300 * 1800dpi.
