This may also be due to the small dirt such as hair and dust at the nozzle of UV flat-panel printer. When these dirt accumulate to a certain extent, the ink will drip out automatically. In order to solve this problem, we need to replace the air filter and clean the sprinkler with special cleaning solution. We need to carefully check the two sides of the light box cloth to see if there is any excess burr. If so, we can simply handle it with a lighter.
Data transmission: you may encounter a situation where the UV printer cannot print even if you press the start key, because the indicator light of the UV printer will always flash after transmitting print data. This is also a common printing fault, which is difficult to deal with due to the inexperience of operators. It should be noted that if the UV flat-panel printer improperly terminates the printing operation, even if the printing work is stopped, some residual printing data will still be transmitted to the UV flat-panel printer. At the computer end, these printing data will still be retained in the memory, but for the UV flat-panel printer, these data are invalid, so the printing work will not be realized, This will also lead to the failure of subsequent printing.
Do a good job in preventing the nozzle from drying, and ensure the sealing of the nozzle after printing. Otherwise, it will be exposed to the air for a long time. Ink easily condenses into nozzle blockage.
