Step 1: Remove the printhead from the UV printer.
First of all, remove the local cover of the printhead, find a clip on the right side of the printhead, fix the front bin of the UV printer printhead with one hand, and gradually pry open the clip with the other hand. In this way, it opens a bit of moving space in the front bin of the printhead, and can move the printing to the right. Remove all the plugs connected by the sprinkler head, and find another clip after unplugging. It is hidden under a white cable, which is the left side of the sprinkler head. Use the same method to pry open the clip, move the printhead left and right, take it out.
However, it should be noted that the sprinkler head is removed from the fuselage, remember to take out the traction rack on the motor gear on the right side of the word car. Don’t pull hard, should first put the small mouth screwdriver device above the gear and the rack in the middle, and then push the rack to the right, so that in the process of gear operation, the rack will automatically fall out.
Step 2: turn over the UV printer printhead.
