UV Curing Ink Features (Used for UV flatbed printer):

 

Compared with water-based or solvent inks, UV ink can be attached to more materials, but also expand the use of substrates that do not require pretreatment. Unprocessed materials are always cheaper than coated materials due to reduced processing steps, thus saving a lot of material costs for users.

 

UV-curable inks are very durable, so you don’t have to use film to protect the surface of the print. This not only solves the bottleneck problem in the production process (laminating is very demanding for the printing environment), but also reduces the cost of materials and reduces the time of turning the plate.

 

UV curable ink can stay on the substrate surface, and will not be absorbed by the substrate. Therefore, it is more stable in printing and color quality between different substrates, which can save users a certain amount of setup time.

In general, inkjet technology has many attractions, but the most important is that it can avoid many of the setup work and post-press processing requirements that traditional printing methods can not avoid in the process of printing short plates.
